HRCSB is seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist. Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable individual with a passion for human resources and helping employees thrive in a supportive work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

Duties include but not limited to:

· Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to data protection regulations.

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Manage employee recruitment, including sourcing.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle a high volume of employment records, data entry, and maintenance in our HR database.
  • Conduct employee training sessions, workshops, and orientations as required.

High School Diploma or equivalent and Administrative or Human Resources experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred.
