This position supports the planning, implementation, execution and reporting of marketing campaigns through analytics, communication and project management. In this role, you will directly contribute to achieving sales, profit and growth goals through your ability to understand and interpret data, make recommendations and execute time sensitive marketing campaigns. This role is primarily responsible for developing and executing campaigns, name selections, and testing for catalog, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, and media placement initiatives encouraging customer relationship growth. Successful candidates must be able to work individually and as part of a team, demonstrate analytical prowess, and posses a high degree of intellectual curiosity. Strong affinity toward mathematics, marketing and data analysis is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the planning, creation, implementation, and execution of effective acquisition and retention marketing initiatives through catalog, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, and media placements
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate execution of all marketing campaigns and tests
Analyze campaign results and provide timely insight and reporting to the Customer Marketing and cross-divisional teams.
Perform analytics and provide reporting, insights and recommendations to management as required
Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
Ability to work with minimal supervision, be detail and result-oriented, maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity, and have excellent time management skills

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or a Behavior Science field preferred, or related experience.
1-3 years' experience in database marketing, direct mail, marketing analytics, data science, or related field
Experience with quantitative analysis and/or statistics
Strong analytical skills; must possess superior abilities in analyzing and interpreting trends in data.
Strong knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), database management, and query tools (SQL, Business Objects and/or SAS) preferred.
Experience working with a multi-channel, multi-brand direct mail company.
Understanding of both catalog and internet technologies as well as promotional tactics
Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and marketing analysis reports
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
