Job Description
We’re looking for an entry level General Laborer that will share our commitment to the environment, our customers, regulators, and our families. In this role, you will be responsible for separating and packing hazardous material for transport and completing required paperwork in accordance with our practices and procedures. If you like to work in an environment where you are in constant motion with no time to get bored, this will be a great fit for you!
Four days, 10-hour shifts 7:30am-6pm or 9:30am-8pm Monday through Saturday.
Qualifications
To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License. By law, you must be at least 21 years of age. Have the ability to read, write and speak in English. Have strong attention to details and ability to follow procedures. Be able to operate a computer with windows-based programs.
Preferred qualifications are Hazmat and Airbrakes endorsements. If you do not have the endorsements, once you are hired, you will be required to obtain them at company's expense as a condition of employment. TWIC Card and any experience driving box trucks is also preferred.
The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check.
