Independent Contractors ( property Maintenance and Remodels)

We are looking for independent contractors that can help with property maintenance duties as well as handle portions of construction remodel. There are some new construction jobs as well. You will need to have a wide range of experience in construction. We are not interested in mechanical plumbing, electrical, heating, or insulation.

This position will be working under a licensed property manager and contractor.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • This is a drug and alcohol-work-free environment. 
  • Liability Insurance.
  • Worker Comp exempts paperwork.
  • Own Set of Tools.
  • Valid Montana driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Familiar with General construction workplaces with 3 years of experience.
  • Not scared of heights.
  • Comfortable operating equipment.
  • Comfortable Working in colder temps 15-40 degrees.
  • Able to lift 70 lbs.
  • Clean and presentable at all times.
