The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.
With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.
Position Summary:
Supports the EEOD programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals, operational objectives, and cultural requirements. Provides multi-skilled support and high-quality service to customers. Contributes to the EEOD team's continuous learning and effectiveness. Reports directly to the Director of Engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with and assists EEOD to meet the organization's needs. Activities may include coordinating and/or over-seeing special projects and coordinating external resources.
  • Provides support, planning and/or management for programs and strategic initiatives supported by EEOD.
  • Supports the curriculum design and administration needs of EEOD.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with business partners. Supports the design and implement of strategies and processes by assisting with gathering data to influence the development needs of operating, business and functional units within HHC.
  • Support key initiatives by using sound problem solving and project management techniques.
  • Support the evaluation of strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals and outcomes and maintain a database of feedback.
  • Research and recommend improvements to EEOD programs and practices.
  • Responsible for EEOD related documentation and materials; supports the development and maintenance of the department’s intranet and SharePoint site.
  • Coordinates EEOD events and classes.
  • Functions as the Learning Management System liaison for EEOD.
  • Responsible for monitoring and responding to EEOD correspondence.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer focused related field and/or familiarity with administrative support practices required
  • Bilingual preferred.
