Job Summary
The Infusion Outpatient Pharmacist will work within the HHCI free standing oncology infusion center; overseeing the daily operations of the Compounded Sterile Products (CSP) area; assists in meeting regulatory compliance; and monitors training and competency assessment and quality assurance/control.
Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Doctorate in Pharmacy ( Pharm.D.) strongly preferred
Experience
· Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
· Knowledge of Pharmacy quality, safety and environmental control requirements.
· Effective communication skills [verbal, written and listening]
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Good organizational skills with attention to details
· Good counseling skills with
· Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and colleagues
