Job Posting for Charismatic Self-Motivated Front Desk Receptionist at Hartman Home Team
- Greet clients/ agents that visit the office and communicate with them to determine their purpose for the visit.
- Responsible for paperwork and uploading documents to real estate software.
- Respond to inquiries online for showing requests for properties.
- Assist clients that call looking to buy, sell, or rent their property and delegate information correctly.
- Assign real estate agents to walk-in clients based on the areas that they cover and their specific expertise.
- Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings/showings are successfully carried out.
- Provide support in creating informational documents such as brochures and flyers to attract new clients.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to intended recipients within the office and make arrangements for outgoing mail to be delivered to the courier.
**Pay is commensurate with experience.
**Real Estate License or Administrative Real Estate Experience Preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Real estate administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
