Overview
The Content Manager is a direct point of contact for client and executive teams and is responsible for working internally with the Account Manager, Executive Producer and broader creative team to guide and manage the production of any content or creative requests the team receives for any presenter segment.
Qualifications
- A diplomatic individual with leadership skills who is organized, able to perform well given aggressive timelines, and has a passion for creativity
- 2-3 years of experience working as Content Manager, Media Manager or Event Project Manager
- Experience working with C-level executives
- Comfortable in a high-paced, high profile environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail a must
- Ability to operate flexibly, find creative solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances
- Capable of solving problems and making decisions
- Ability to prioritize multiple segments and work under aggressive deadlines
- Strong file management skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct point of contact and ultimately responsible to client for all executive speeches & presentations
- Create and maintain overall presenter timeline
- Work with client lead and executive assistants to calendar all presenter meetings
- Attend all presenter meetings, tracks notes and assigns next steps
- Ensure speech revisions address all executive feedback and review for overall accuracy and proper document formatting prior to sharing with presenters and teams
- Maintain proper version control and dissemination of any edits from presenters and teams
- Work with assigned presenter support teams to determine, collect and track all needed assets for each segment
- Coordinate production timeline with Executive Producer and Event Producer
- Coordinate internal team meetings to identify, develop and review creative assets and deliverables related to presenter segments
- Manage overall status report on content segments
- Keep Producers and team members informed of conflicts, delays or any other unusual situations that hold the potential to impact assigned deliverables for each project
- Work with Traffic Manager to track and assign assets to appropriate designer/editor
- Coordinate with Traffic Manager to collect needed client provided art files/assets
- Work with Video Director to coordinate all edits and provide edits to appropriate video editor assigned to project
- Maintain file management throughout process to ensure complete post-show archive with support from Traffic Manager

Salary : $71,400 - $90,400
