As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to our customers' needs in a friendly and efficient manner, communicating with the service department regarding warranty and billing details and assisting in the resolution of vehicle problems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles.
- Maintain logs on customer complaints and identify recurring issues.
- Provide estimates of time and cost for repairs.
- Estimate time and cost of repairs.
- Perform minor repairs and other maintenance tasks as needed.
- Provide customer service.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the employer.
