Corporate Project Manager - Construction

HMI is looking for an experienced construction project manager to assume responsibility for all supporting documentation and communication for assigned projects. This role is key to linking the execution of construction projects with the main office and finance team from job inception to job closeout. Some of the tasks associated with this role are listed below:

  • Setting project budgets
  • Submittals for all projects
  • Monthly waivers for all projects
  • Processing/tracking all change orders
  • Creating and tracking Purchase Orders
  • AIA billing and T&M invoicing
  • Material & subcontractor quotes/purchasing/logistics
  • Tracking project costs: actual vs. proposed
  • Creating closeout documents
  • General office duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
