As the Technical Project Manager, you will Plan, schedule, facilitate, and track all aspects of Outsource Fixed Bid R&D projects.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Take ownership of planning and tracking a system software releases, from inception through monitoring
  • Lead the assigned project team, create clear project plans that are updated regularly.
  • Learn systems development process and utilize detailed understanding to remove project barriers and roadblocks.
  • Utilize Confluence to track milestone based project plans.
  • Ensure best project management principles while supporting innovation and the creative process by balancing business plan commitments and team development.
  • Define activities, sequences of events, dependencies required to launch the Outsource Fixed Bid project
  • Facilitate and participate in cross-functional project meetings to monitor progress, share information and develop action items for assigned project team members
  • Organizes specific project meetings appropriate for Outsource Fixed Bid projects (staffing, etc. Add what you believe is appropriate)
  • Monitor launch milestones and report on progress and status to management; flag missed milestones.
  • Be accountable for project launch completion by scheduled date
  • Escalate non-routine operating issues or problems to gain cooperation of senior members of the team.
  • Assist in removing impediments.
  • Facilitate Team Collaboration
  • Maintain overall pulse on the Program / Project Health
  • Communicate health/risks to appropriate levels of Management
  • Experience with project management scheduling tools, such as MS Project or Clarity
  • Facilitate standup meetings, planning sessions and retrospectives
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, Engineering or Information Technology) or equivalent experience
