Parking Garage Cleaner

Job Summary:

Basic cleaning, including sweeping hard surface floors in garage, use a leaf blower provided to collect trash, leaves, and debris. Clear parking ramp of all trash and debris, empty trash cans into dumpsters located in garage, spot mop any spills, sweep/mop elevator floors and clear stairwell of trash and debris. Use street sweeper provided to clear the garage of all leaves, debris, and trash. Empty the basket into dumpsters in garage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Sweep hard surface floors in garage

-Use leaf blower provided to collect trash, leaves, and debris.

-Clear parking ramp of all trash and debris

-Empty trash cans into dumpsters located in garage

-Spot mop any spills

-Sweep/mop elevator floors

-Clear stairwell of trash and debris

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work assigned hours
