Harvest Pack is an innovative food packaging company that specializes in compostable disposable take-out containers. Harvest Pack carries 3 in-house brands and up to 90 foodservice products.

We are seeking an sales assistant to join our team. The primary role for this position is to assist the inside sales team with daily sales orders. Applicants with two years’ experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders, return requests, mis-shipments, damage claims.
  • Maintain proper record keeping and filing system for customer’s
  • Perform data entry and customer service.
  • Compose and type routine e-mail correspondence.
  • Prepare samples and properly label each product.
  • Assist other department members as necessary.
  • Maintain customer lists and business relations.
  • Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of experience in an administrative assistant role
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Strong communication
  • Tech and software savvy
  • self-motivated and self-managing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, google suite, ERP System
  • Bilingual (Preferred: Mandarin)

Education:

  • AA Degree or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
