Job Purpose
The Transportation Administrator is an Operations position responsible for performing clerical duties within the Transportation department; including maintaining all regulatory compliance as required by the Department of Transportation.
Key Responsibilities
The Transportation Administrator will be assigned duties, based on organizational needs and priorities.
- Responsible for all data entry of Driver Daily Trip Sheets, Route Sheets and Reports, Logbooks, Attendance Records, Timecards and Payroll
- Filing and maintaining need forms, etc.
- Daily Dispatch information and data entry
- Maintaining in-house DOT files and Driver information
- Assist in Routing (on Transportation Routers day off)
- Answer phones
- Assist drivers
- Assist Human Resources in getting paperwork and information needed from drivers and the onboarding process.
- Assist Transportation Routing team.
- Assist Transportation Manager in various job duties as assigned
