The main function of a Graphic Designer 2 is to represent internal customers/employees.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
As a Graphic Designer, this person’s contribution lies in visually translating complex strategic messaging into compelling designs, primarily in PowerPoint and the 0365 suite.
They collaborate with business leaders, ensuring that the visual representation aligns with the organization’s goals.
Their work enhances communication, branding consistency, and overall impact.
Typical task breakdown:
Collaboration with Business Leaders.
Engage with executives and leaders to understand strategic objectives.
Extract key messaging and vision.
Visualizing Strategy:
Transform abstract concepts into clear, impactful visuals.
Create PowerPoint presentations that resonate with the audience.
Maintain alignment with established branding guidelines.
Ensure logos, fonts, and colors adhere to the company’s identity.
Feedback Iteration:
Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback.
Interaction with team:
Team of 6 people and their extended teams and working with various partners according to business needs and priorities.
Gathering input from those teams to develop content and create that content to deliver to the broader internal team and stakeholders.
Work environment:
Hybrid would be ideal; ability to be in the office for intentional collaboration sessions.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or applicable field of study with 4 years’ experience.
Associate degree with a minimum of 6 years experience in this capacity.
Master’s degree will still need a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
Technical Skills

4 years of experience in graphic design; skilled writer, previously having experience in published content on a corporate scale.
Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
