Must Have skills: Supply chain, Purchasing OR procurement experience
Responsibilities:
Must have at least 3-5 Years of hands on experience in supply chain or within purchasing or similar industry experience.
Performs functions relative to establishing assurance of supply sources, computing prices, determining quantities to be ordered from each supplier when multiple sources are utilized, and reproportioning orders to balance company production and inventory accounts.
Maintains and assists in the preparation of information concerning financial stability, potential labor problems, delivery performance and cost analysis data of assigned suppliers.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience on various assignments in Purchasing with emphasis on working with suppliers. Open to internships or other relevant experience.
Technical Skills: Should have technical knowledge of assigned commodities, company purchasing policies, company quality standards etc. along with good human relations and communications skills.
