Description

The Law Offices of Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman, PA is now hiring a Receptionist / File Clerk to assist an active personal injury law firm in Baltimore, Maryland.  


Duties would include:   


 -Answering calls on multi-line phone system and directing them to the appropriate individual / department;

-Providing friendly service to callers;

-Filing documents alphabetically organized files;

-Updating information in case management software;

-Copying and scanning documents;

-Greeting clients in office; 

-Preparing envelopes and postage for mailings; and

-Delivering files and papers between different parts of the office. 


Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman, PA is an established client-focused Plaintiff's personal injury practice in the wonderful historic Bolton Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland near the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, the Lyric Opera House, State Center, and the Fifth Regiment Armory.


Applicant should have time management skills, ability to cross train and multi-task and be able to handle filing for multiple staff members, meeting/speaking with new clients, efficiently answer phones, along with additional secretarial tasks as needed.
