Description
Inspect raw materials according to Innovatives specifications. Compiles data to determine and maintain quality of products. Perform incoming inspections, assist with First Article inspections, perform in-process inspections, final inspection and internal audits. Responsible for tracking and managing non-conforming materials and for containment, problem investigation and root cause analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience working in a quality inspection, auditing, or manufacturing environment
Proficient in reading technical drawings
Ability to use measurement tools: Calipers, Micrometer, Coating thickness Gages, etc.
Ability to use Coordinate-Measuring Machines
Ability to recognize geometric dimensioning and tolerance symbols and inspect parts against them
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications
Ability to create formulas and manipulate data in Excel and other databases
