Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment to complete construction, excavation, and other projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including dump trucks, concrete mixers, front loader trucks, water trucks, and cranes
- Perform tasks such as digging, bulldozing, and grading to prepare sites for construction
- Safely operate equipment to move materials, load trucks, and transport equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as dump trucks, concrete mixers, front loader trucks, water trucks, and cranes
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate farm machinery is a plus
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships or positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Snowflake, AZ 85937 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Snowflake, AZ 85937: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
