Position Summary
Hatch Lighting, a successful US-based lighting electronics manufacturer founded in 1985, is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional who is positive, enthusiastic, and embraces daily personal interaction with our customers. Hatch Lighting specialized in the design and manufacture of LED Drivers, Emergency Lighting Products, Surge Protection Devices, Ballasts and Transformers. The overall objectives of this position are to support and grow existing customer accounts, process orders and manage the incoming lead pipeline for the sales organization.
Title: Customer Success Specialist
Location: Hatch HQ in Tampa, FL
Reports to: Customer Success Manager
Job Responsibilities
· Making daily calls and communications to current and potential customers with the goal of generating sales.
· Managing and growing assigned existing assigned Hatch accounts to grow revenue and deepen customer relationships.
· Providing quotations to new and existing customers.
· Processing sales orders.
· Providing basic technical support to customers.
· Providing customers with ongoing sales support.
· Processing warranty claims.
· Expanding our existing customer base through prospecting and qualifying new leads from digital marketing campaigns, web inquiries, incoming calls, trade shows, distributor Point of Sale (POS) reports etc.
· Managing the HubSpot marketing lead pipeline and distributing leads to the sales team.
· Utilizing our NetSuite CRM tools to manage opportunities, provide customer updates and maintain customer contact information.
· Assisting in the implementation of internal sales and marketing programs.
· Gathering and sharing competitive product and market data with the Hatch Executive team.
· Managing other projects and duties as designated by your manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
· BA/BS degree or equivalent.
· 5 years of experience in inside sales within the electronics industry.
· Proven track record of success in technical sales and support roles.
· Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Highly competent and proficient in the use of computers and modern business software including, but not limited to Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), NetSuite or other popular CRM systems.
