Job Summary
Growing electrical company looking to hire a fulltime office manager for our Home Service divisions. This person must be kind, proactive, and enjoy supporting our team and clients. They will make the first impression about our company to many customers and therefore set up the type of experience they will have with us throughout their project.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering phone calls, texts, and e-mails of current and potential customers in a timely manner
- Helping with electricians schedules
- Being a secondary help to the electricians while they are in field for change orders, invoices, reviews, etc…
- Resolving scheduling conflicts as they occur.
- Help make travel arrangements
- Help manage our vehicle fleet
- Help the HR department
Qualifications and Skills
- Master multitasker
- React efficiently and calmly to incoming requests and situations
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Clerical or administrative experience a plus
- Knowledge of electrical/service industry terminology helpful
- Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge & skills
- Able to provide friendly & professional customer interaction
- High school diploma or GED
