Business Office Clerk
Our dealership is looking to add a qualified, reliable clerk to our dealership’s office staff. The ideal candidate will have office experience and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Dealership experience and any familiarity with dealership DMS (specifically Dealertrack) will be preferred.
Background and Credit checks will be performed as a condition of employment
Primary Duties
- Accounts Payable processing including posting of invoice, payment of vendors, and reconciliation of open accounts
- Processing and status tracking for vehicle titles
- Processing of warranty cancellations
- Process Bi-Monthly Payroll including calculation of sales commissions
- Process vehicle sale transactions
- Process vehicle purchase transactions (including obtaining floorplan financing as needed)
- Other duties as requested
Benefits
- Annual Compensation ranging from $40,000 - 50,000 depending on level of experience and expertise
- 40 Hours of Vacation time is earned after one year of service with an additional 40 hours earned after 5 years of service
- Dealership covers 50% of health insurance cost for the employee and 35% of cost for spouses and dependents
- Dealership also has a 401(k) plan available for employees after 90 days of service which offers enrollment at the beginning of each quarter
