In this Clinical Intake role, you would assist the coordination of referral development and pre-admission review while providing clinical assessments for potential clients, and providing clinical recommendations. We are looking for someone who has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, is a self starter, and possesses strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to work independently.
Position will be in our Ocala, FL branch
Must Haves:
- Licensed LPN with Intake and QA experience
- Home Health experience

What You Would be Responsible for:
- Organizes and directs the agency's on-going functions over the weekend and works closely with the office administrator, Director of Nursing, clinical managers, and clinicians.
- Supports intake, clinical review and quality assurance
- Maintain self in a professional manner at all times
- Other responsibilities will be assigned
Haven Qualification Standards:
- Must be a Licensed LPN in the state of Florida
- Intake a MUST, Authorization experience is PLUS!
- Health care experience
