Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Home Health Clinical Manager to join our team. The Home Health Clinical Manager will oversee the clinical operations of our home health agency , ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and aides.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor the delivery of patient care services to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate continuity of care for patients.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
• Oversee the implementation of electronic health record systems and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
• Analyze clinical data and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, patients, families, and referring physicians.
• Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and adaptation.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in home health or a related healthcare setting.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare guidelines, and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
