Position Title: Triage RN
**Hours for this position are Saturday & Sunday 8am - 12am (32 hrs per week), can work from any of our office locations throughout our service area.**
Overview: The RN Primary On-Call provides nursing triage care by phone to patients and families in homes and institutional settings. This position processes referrals and admissions during weekend, Holidays and after office hours. This position also performs field visits with patients and families for providing information and assessment of patient needs.

You Have:
- Current Florida RN License required
- Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 2-3 years nursing experience preferably in oncology, hospice, palliative care, geriatrics, or home health care. Experience working with interdisciplinary team desired
