Duties:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
- Assist with patient assessments and examinations
- Perform aseptic techniques and maintain infection control measures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of {location}
- Knowledge of occupational health, behavioral health, and pediatric care
- Proficiency in performing procedures such as suture removal, specimen collection processing, and airway management
- Experience with neonatal ventilators and sonography is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
