Position Title Project Manager
Reports to (Role): General Manager of Operations
Key Stakeholder Operations and Sales
Relationships: Technicians, Builders, Designers, Architects, Designers, Customers
Role Purpose This role is responsible for the basic wiring and installation of televisions, cameras, speakers, touch panels, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all components of assigned projects
- Manage scope, schedule and budget
- Collaborate with Technicians, Architects, Builders, and other workers assigned to the project to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for any emergencies and problems that may arise
- Comply with all safety procedures
- Report project success and budget to client
- Provide project oversight
- Schedule all labor & materials
- Understand the skillset of the Technicians and leverage their skills accordingly
- Understand the proposal and scope of work
- Ensure communication between project team and customers
- Complete all necessary papework to close out the project
Qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years of construction project management experience
- Must have 1-2 years of experience running Large residential/leisure property projects
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Time Management
- Very strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
