Haverkamp Properties Porter / Groundskeeper
Haverkamp Properties is looking for a Porter/Groundskeeper to work at our location in Coralville, The Banks Student Living. The ideal candidate displays a mechanical aptitude, is hard working, and responsible. The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for meticulous upkeep of the buildings and grounds, including garbage pickup, assist in keeping common areas clean, assist in the preparation of make ready units, assist the maintenance supervisor in performing assigned maintenance tasks in a timely fashion. Duties will also include being on call for after hour emergencies and assisting the maintenance staff.
