Licensed Psychologist Contract Position

SPECIFIC POSITION AVAILABLE:
This position is for a contract psychologist to provide psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents primarily ages 4-18. The psychologist will have the opportunity to work alongside our highly-skilled multidisciplinary evaluation team of psychologists, speech/language pathologists and occupational therapists. The psychologist will be required to complete a minimum of 3 psychoeducational evaluations/month. Scheduling is flexible and an employment option including benefits is available.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF POSITION:
The Psychologist will provide parent consultations, psychological assessments and a written evaluation report as part of the Zarlengo Foundation Learning Evaluation Center’s multidisciplinary team.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- The Psychologist shall have a Doctorate degree through an accredited psychology program, including School, Clinical or Neuropsychology. Will provide clinical supervision and training for postdocs seeking licensure for highly-qualified candidates.
- Minimum two years of experience administering, interpreting and writing psychoeducational assessments.
- Must have experience with a wide-range of psychological assessments (cognitive, academic, social/emotional and adaptive) to evaluate for learning disabilities, ADHD, affective disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong clinical diagnostic skills using the DSM-5-TR are also required.
- Written reports must be thorough and uniquely tailored to individual clients by including a comprehensive analysis and a list of recommendations for home and school.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
LICENSURE:
Currently licensed or license eligible in the state of Colorado.
