• Possession of an executive skill set that contributes thought leadership, comfortably meets team deadlines, and effectively partners with C-Suite and BOD business partners.

• A communication approach that projects wisdom and respect, seeks counsel, keeps partners well-informed, responds promptly, promotes participation, and builds trust.

• Patience and poise to continue progression from start-up-enterprise-status to purveyor of world-class accounting practices.

• The ability to lead effectively from your personal home office with the shared belief that a corporate Ivory Tower will never be necessary to operate a successful restaurant chain.

• 15-years of experience in multi-unit restaurant industry accounting leadership roles, including direct experience as accounting department leader (Controller or higher) with large national restaurant chain (100 units) that included corporate-owned and franchised units.

• A proven track record of success running an ASP for a large restaurant chain.

• Leadership experience of successful integration of ASC842 Lease Accounting.

• Expertise and leadership skills in the areas of tax, internal controls, treasury, internal audit, budgets and cost controls.

• Strong ability to utilize analytic review to streamline governance processes, guarantee reporting integrity, and to find and eliminate potential errors.

• CPA
