A Server is responsible for providing exceptional service in our dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner services where applicable. Must provide pleasant and courteous service in an environment enhancing out guests’ experience while finding effective solutions to guest complaints. Ensures that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Must be able to explain menu offerings to guests while providing suggestions for food and drink. Duties of this position will include serving guests, suggestive selling, delivering food, bussing and resetting tables, receiving payment, accurately counting back change, performing side work and being responsible for all transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
