Job Posting for Hotel Sales Coordinator at Hawthorne Hotel

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a great personality to join the sales and catering team. You will give site tours, book events, create contracts and prepare banquet event orders.

Essential Job Functions

  • Conduct hotel tours for potential clients.
  • Sell both corporate and social functions.
  • Meet with current clients to review needs.
  • Assist with creating banquet event orders and distributing changes.
  • Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image.
  • Monitor quality guest satisfaction scores and/or guest feedback.
  • Potential to assist with social media presence.

** Must be familiar with Microsoft products, social media and phone etiquette. Previous sales or hotel experience required. **

Job Type: Full-time
