We are hiring a confident, energetic and hardworking individual for a Customer Solutions Retention Specialist position!
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls. Answering any questions the customer may have regarding their account. Correctly scheduling customers for routine services or reservices. Outbound customer collection calls along with payment processing, refunds and updating customer payment information. Proper account notations, handling escalation calls and providing successful options to keep customers from canceling service. Problem solving customer concerns or complaints and maintaining our customer base.

Monday to Friday on site, this is not a remote position

Duties/Responsibilities:

Must deliver premiere customer service to resolve customer issues.

The ability to prioritize, multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Eagerness to go above and beyond to address customer concerns.

Successfully retain customers by offering targeted solutions.

Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing calls.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Strongly prefer experience in customer service or sales

We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong retention experience.

Must be professional in demeanor- from attitude to appearance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work well with others in a team environment, including Hawx management.
Pay
