The acclaimed Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa *in Whitefield, NH* is actively searching for a personable, driven, and goal-oriented Recruiter. This is a full time role focusing on the recruitment of hourly hospitality workers. In this potentially hybrid role, some on-site interviews and meetings required, but some remote work is available.

Job Summary:

  • Use all resources to place informative, engaging advertisements.
  • Prescreen resumes and assist in phone screening.
  • Check candidate references.
  • Proactively use creative recruitment strategy to analyze return and make educated suggestions to department managers.
  • Coordinate and lead all onsite job fair efforts
  • Act as primary pre-employment liaison for candidates. Communicate wage, start dates, uniform, etc.
  • Verify all pre-employment steps have taken place prior to new hire.
  • Lead all EEOC compliance.
  • Conduct interviews onsite as needed. Collect and log all interview notes.
  • Promote internal recruitment programs such as hiring business cards, open position list, referral program, and more.
  • Seek out and assess new recruitment methods.
  • Use social media pages and linkedin to seek out interest and pursue. Work closely with marketing team to use social sites for advertising as needed.
  • Primary lead on international J-1 and H-2B Visa candidates. Set up logistics, coordinate recruiting efforts, verify documents, set timeline, and act as main point of contact.
  • Willing to travel as needed (~2x per year) to recruit out of state for international visa extensions.
  • Willing to travel as needed (~5x per year) to recruit out of state at university/college job fairs.
  • Some remote work may be considered after established employment.

Required Experience:


  • 2-3 years previous recruitment experience
  • Hospitality setting highly preferred
  • Proven skills in MS Office
  • Proven communication, leadership and management skills
  • Clean work habits with great attention to detail
  • Able to furnish a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining calmness, composure, and hospitality.
  • Subject to successful completion of background and DMV check.
