Hayfin, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a North American Roadshow Coordinator to join their team in the New York office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Hayfin's North American fundraising logistics and roadshows across their industry-leading private and liquid strategies.   • Coordinating and managing complex logistical arrangements for proprietary events, industry conferences and fundraising roadshows, including booking venues, travel accommodations, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assisting Investor Relations and Coverage colleagues with the maintenance of investor data in the Firm’s CRM.
  • Proactively following-up with Coverage on deliverables and outstanding items for roadshow attendees post-meetings.
  • Liaising with external parties on the preparation of bespoke content for events and conferences.
  • Supporting social media outreach and online activities related to roadshows.
  • Preparation of materials and liaising ad-hoc meetings.
  • Conducting post-event analysis and preparing reports regarding the effectiveness of roadshows
  • Supporting the department as required, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of event management or investor relations experience within financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior CRM experience (SalesForce, DealCloud) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word, PPT)
