PRI Healthcare Solutions (PRI) is looking for a talented Financial Coordinator to join our growing team.This position, based in Paramus, NJ, is a financial services leadership and project management position requiring experience in financial management.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Business Manager and Client Service team members to ensure client expectations are met in the overall financial management of the programs relative to reporting, accruals, invoicing, and program close out
- Supports the Business Manager in financial management of all assigned accounts with a working knowledge of accounts to assist in issue escalation/resolution
- In conjunction with the Client Services team and Business Manager, maintains and delivers weekly financial reports and other recurring reporting for internal team and client review
- In conjunction with the Client Services team, assesses assigned accounts for accurate and realistic delivery forecast and updates financial documentation accordingly
- Routinely monitors financial performance of assigned accounts to maximize revenue realization
- Works with team members in daily activities specific to financial management, planning, and implementation
- Develops an understanding of deliverables, revenue recognition milestones/invoicing, and financial reporting expectations for assigned accounts
- Demonstrates consistency in follow-through on all assigned financial materials and plans, both internally and with the client
- Reviews and checks each Proof Of Delivery submitted by team for all assigned accounts to ensure the program has delivered
- Responsible for managing the billing milestones in Salesforce for date and amount per the Scope of Work (SOW) for assigned accounts
- Works with Business Manager to retrieve information needed from team for At Deliveries and reconciliations
- Updates the unbilled AR report with open billing milestones in Salesforce, reconciliation status and comments from the prior month and requests updates from the team on billing status for assigned accounts
- Working closely with Business Manager, manages the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results for assigned accounts
- Manages the reconciliation process post-events for all assigned accounts and submits for finance approval via Salesforce and reports any variances to the Account Supervisor
- Assumes other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position and can add value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 1 years in an agency setting
- Knowledge of WorkFront and Salesforce a plus
- Strong financial project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with pharmaceutical clients preferred
