Haymes Brothers, Inc is seeking a Construction Project Office Administrator to join our team. The Construction Assistant will provide administrative support to the construction team and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth project operations. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and remit time for payroll to central office
- Collect and remit josbite invoices to central office for payment
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer support
- Assist with event planning for construction-related activities
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
