Bookkeeper Job Description:
Haynie & Company CPA's is looking for a Bookkeeper for our Austin, TX office. This position requires a steady, accurate, analytical worker who finds fulfillment in a job well done while working with clients in a courteous, professional manner. Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
-Compiled Financial Statement preparation
-Quarterly and annual payroll tax forms
- Client bank reconciliations
-Sales tax reports
- 5 years of proven bookkeeping and QuickBooks online & desktop version experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge
- Outstanding written and communication skills
