Your new role
Supervise a portfolio related to compliance competence, ensuring the property is in compliance with current Federal, State and/or local laws concerning the various affordable housing programs in which they operate.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1 - 2 years experience in Affordable Housing.
- Ensuring that property and operations are in compliance with state standards.
- Monitoring and implementing changes in HUD and LIHTC regulations and requirements
- Determining financial eligibility for all new admissions into the affordable program
- Monitoring of re-certification notification letters in compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations
- Remain familiar with current U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ever-changing Federal Regulations as they relate to Affordable Housing programs.
