Role Description
• Provide telephone problem resolution support for corporate employees
• Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues related to desktop computer hardware, software and related installation and configuration
Learn internal business applications
Skills & Requirements
• 2 years of Help Desk/ IT Support experience within a corporate environment
• Customer Service Experience
• Advanced experience with MS Windows 7, MAC OS, MS Office 365
• Bachelors Degree STRONGLY Preferred
• Knowledge of desktop computer hardware and software
Bonus:
• Certifications (A , Networking, MCP)
• Law Firm experience (HUGE PLUS)
• Experience with networking technologies (TCP/IP) and associated wiring
