A Higher Education facility needs Tenant Improvement, renovation and upgrades for the next 2 years on the south side of Austin.

A proven PM in Austin who has done JOC, interiors, renovations in K-12, city or state work is essential, with Ground Up being highly desirable.
Your new role will enable you to work with a high performing and long-standing team, who know the processes, software's and systems.
You will be based on campus, so a full background check will be needed.
They have a local office where one of the owners works at also.
What you'll need to succeed the right attitude, a good team player is essential with good relations and communication skills as well as a good technical understanding of sequencing a project.
Local to Austin.
