Key Responsibilities 📝
- Develop and implement innovative accounting & tax compliance solutions.
- Oversee a team of dedicated accounting professionals and sign off on all tax related work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other partners to shape the firm's strategic direction & help grow the business
Requirements ✔
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
-Tax Registered Agent (highly desirable)
-Proven track record in a Senior Management/Associate Director role within an Australian chartered accounting firm.
- Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen.
-Deep understanding of tax laws, regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
