Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Calculate wages, deductions and withholdings
- Prepare reports for management as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll questions
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, time off, and benefits
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software
- Prior experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are preferred
