Executive Director, Clinical Technologies & IT Operations provides strong leadership and strategic vision for the patient engagement, clinical workflows, and revenue cycle aspects of the electronic health record and associated health information technology systems across HBFF and its partner ecosystem. This role serves as an Executive level advisor, influencer, and partner on the effective use of health information technology and the associated cost and value propositions. They will be market aware of the available solution ecosystem and drive the transformational roadmap for patient and clinician experience. They will be a trusted partner in working with the clinical teams to drive organizational evolution along this journey. In its additional focus, this role will also be a key leader in running the business of IT by being a thought leader, influencer, and driver of IT’s key operational processes such as facilitating collaborative IT strategy focus, clear communications, demand intake, planning & prioritization, procurement & contracts, and management of key pooled resources. This will require collaborative partnership with peers, thought leadership and influence across and up the organization, and ability to multi-task. Finally, this role will develop, motivate, recruit, and retain a collection of talent that redefines excellence and drives extraordinary results.
