Crew leaders-Starting pay of $45,000-60,000per year depending on experience plus Optional Saturday OT
WE OFFER A SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $850
You should have the ability to operate all Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Mowers, Edgers, weed eaters, trimmers, chain saw etc and have basic knowledge of Florida plants and trees and we will help you learn the rest!!!!
Summary: Leads and Organizes work crew to maintain grounds of residential, industrial, commercial, or public property by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Arranges with supervisor destination, equipment and labor needed to fulfill daily work order needs.
Organizes, drives trucks and transports crew and equipment to work site.
Responsible for leading and participating in the following customer job order tasks:
- Cuts lawns.
- Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls.
- Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs.
- Sprays lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides.
- Rakes and bags or burns leaves.
- Cleans grounds and removes litter.
- Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Waters lawn and shrubs.
- Repairs fences, gates, walls, and walks.
- May run wood chippers and chainsaws
The right candidate will have experience in Landscape Maintenance and a valid drivers license.
