Job Posting for Assistant Engineer at Hazen and Sawyer
Hazen and Sawyer is seeking applicants for an entry-level engineering position located in our Greenville, SC office. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects, which can include treatment, distribution, and collection systems. Engineering disciplines of interest include environmental, civil, mechanical, or stormwater.
Responsibilities to include:
- Performing engineering, design, and assessments under the supervision of a project manager or senior engineer
- Conducting field inspections for wastewater and water treatment facility upgrades, conveyance systems, and asset management
- Field tasks and/or facility site visits may be required
Qualifications Required:
- 0-4 years of experience related to water or wastewater infrastructure
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- Must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE) and qualify as an EIT
- GIS, CAD, REVIT, advanced Microsoft Software skills will be considered a plus
