Aerus of Great Falls is hiring Assistant Managers to support staff development and ensure retail success under the direction of the manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train staff on the ins and outs of all product specifications and benefits.
- Support recruitment efforts with new hire selection, job onboarding, and performance development.
- Assist customers with retail sales of air purifiers and other company products
