Key Responsibilities

• Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities as outlined in the company’s related programs.
• Design and implement controls for continuous enhancement to sustain elevated capabilities, including automated reporting tools and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Collaborate with area teams to enhance product quality, yield, and process efficiency.
• Engage with vendors, contractors, and engineering firms to deliver project support, emphasizing engineering expertise for process improvements.
• Partner with managers and engineers to seamlessly incorporate new or refined processes, systems, products, and services into daily operations and maintenance.
• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with various internal teams.
• Advocate for employee engagement and encourage ownership of performance outcomes.
• Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis sessions to address chronic issues.
• Steer a team through the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process to prevent:
• Product quality liabilities
• Safety and Environmental incidents
• Extended process outages due to equipment or process failures
• Support capital project and retrofit initiatives in collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams.
