Enhance your career in the growing healthcare industry by joining our team as a Team Trainer in the Self-Pay department where you will provide operational training, guidance, coaching and general support to newly hired contact center staff;

evaluate supplemental operational training needs, and handle the preparation and administration of instructional programs throughout the contact center to support productivity and performance objectives in a fully virtual environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with corporate training function to prepare and administer new agent onboarding and training and oversee effective migration of new staff from formal training to contact center team assignments.
  • Lead the design, preparation, and administration of group instructional programs to address team training needs relative to HBCS and client systems and workflows, account resolution processes, employee health record comprehension, inventory and work management best practices, and customer service fundamentals.
  • Collaborate with operations management to monitor new agent performance, evaluate individual agent performance challenges, and create and administer performance development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with client and operations management to ensure solid knowledge of operational processes, systems, and performance expectations to develop / deliver targeted training programs.

  • Develop and administer learning assessments and tools to monitor and gauge effectiveness of training content, identify gaps in job preparedness, and initiate measures to improve training programs.
  • Ensure optimum content and utilization of internal learning management systems and corporation L&D resources to supplement instructional programs most effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in delivering training and / or mentoring / coaching, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare receivables management, healthcare revenue cycle, customer service delivery, and account resolution.
  • Demonstrated comprehension of the principles of adult learning and ability to develop and deliver curriculum that effectively maintains interest and participation across a variety of demographics while facilitating a variety of learning concepts.
  • Excellent communication / facilitation skills and ability to instruct, guide and mentor individually and in groups, and to communicate effectively, in person and writing, across all segments of the HBCS population.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products; proven presentation and writing skills and experience in preparation of quality presentations and learning aids.
  • Exhibited proficiency in navigating and utilizing multiple internal and external systems and reporting mechanisms to ensure account resolution efficiency.
  • Proven aptitude in managing account and call escalations and disputes to bring to logical and positive resolution.

We offer a competitive total compensation package comprised of a base salary range and incentive. This provides the opportunity for your compensation to grow as you develop within the role.

The base salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $90,000 annually, and is dependent upon your specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location, and generous monthly incentive opportunity based on your team’s achievement of performance goals.
