To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Four (4) or five (5) year Architecture degree from an accredited program.
Current architectural registration or actively pursuing registration.
10 years of experience of professional architectural experience
Experience in hospitality, gaming, and/or entertainment projects is preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ensure that all documents meet the company’s quality control objectives, comply with codes, are constructible, are developed in accordance with project budget and schedules, and are consistent with office and project standards
Responsible for the quality and content of the construction documents (plans and specifications), including Revit process management and Revit content management
Provide project team leadership in coordinating execution of design intent into the construction documentation, specifications, and throughout construction administration.
Resolve complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team and consultants.
Works closely with leadership to promote interdisciplinary design approach.
